When I am with you

When I am with you,
I wish I could stop the time.
We walk a long way together,
with your hand in mine.

When I am with you,
even my demons want to stay.
They say they hate me,
but will accept you anyway.

When I'm not with you,
My life is like a mess.
You make things fall in place,
and God's there to bless.

When I'm not with you,
my heart beats faster than ever.
It kills me to think,
what if it's not us forever?

And if I'm not with you,
I wouldn't die for sure.
But the thing called magic,
that would certainly disappear.

Could you be the rains,
or will you be my summer?
Will you be my Ross,
if not my Chandler?
